Services used by this website

The website uses its existing hosting and email-delivery services to process enquiries. Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form and processes connection and device information under Google’s privacy policy. Review and Instagram sections use Elfsight widgets; loading those widgets connects your browser to that provider. Read Elfsight’s privacy policy. Google Maps and YouTube may receive connection information when their maps or videos load. These services may process information outside Canada.

Property search and map activity

The participating property search retrieves listings through REALTOR.ca DDF®. It reports listing views to CREA’s required analytics service using the listing reference, feed identifier and a random browser identifier. The browser identifier is stored locally to recognize the same browser for these view reports. Those reports do not include the name, email, message or IP address you submit to us. The website server processes IP addresses for connection security and short-lived request limits. Search filters and property references may appear in the page URL.

Map view uses OpenStreetMap tiles. When that map loads, the tile provider receives your IP address and the map area needed to deliver the map. Your enquiry details are not sent to the map provider. Listings and maps are provided for browsing; request confirmation of availability and important property details before relying on them.

Marketing messages and your choices

We use enquiry details for the purposes communicated when collecting them. Any ongoing promotional messaging must have an appropriate consent basis and a way to unsubscribe. You can ask about access, correction, applicable consent withdrawal or retention by contacting Makan Emami above. Required brokerage records and other legal retention obligations may limit deletion. Browser settings can restrict cookies and local storage; some embedded services may then work differently.
